Tendering

At Gecco Energy we have our own direct relationships with all of the UK energy suppliers. When the time is right for you, we will tender to the full energy marketplace to gain future contract offers. Once complete, your energy consultant will present our findings to you via our in depth Gecco Energy Proposal Pack

Supply Transfers

In advance of a future energy contract live/start date, we will handle all transfer objections to ensure that the movement from one supplier to another runs smoothly, on time every time.

Query Management

When dealing with energy suppliers, unfortunately energy related queries will happen from time to time. This usually consists of being stuck on hold and being passed from one department to the other costing you further time as well as expense.

When working with us at Gecco, you will gain the in house support of our highly experienced Gecco Energy Specialists who are ready and waiting to take on all energy related matters.

This allows our clients to concentrate on other important expects of their business whilst having the piece of mind that your energy query is in good hands.

Current Contract Verification

Once on board with Gecco, we will liase directly with your current and future suppliers to gain your contractual information and annual consumption figures to enable us to advise you on your company's future energy position.

Contract Terminations

The biggest mistake most companies fail to do is the termination of their current energy contracts. This can be an expensive mistake to make but at Gecco Energy we will terminate on behalf of our clients as soon as the termination window with your current supplier opens limiting business risks.

Change of Tenancies

We realise that as our clients businesses grow, the need for new premises will be inevitable.

When this occurs, an energy COT will be legally required to secure future contracts.

The Gecco team will happily take this hassle away from yourself ensuring that the move in and out of sites are quick, painless and expense free.

Invoice Validation

When you receive your monthly/quarterly invoices, we will also receive the same information. The Gecco team will ensure that you are being invoiced correctly against your existing contractual unit charges and kWH consumption for the same period.
